- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Manage Ebay, Amazon Etsy inventory listing and marketing.
- Manage warehouse workflows using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to optimise productivity and accuracy.
- Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers and 3PL providers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the safe operation of forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
- Oversee shipping & receiving procedures, ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries in line with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain optimisation and continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities, including profit & loss analysis related to operational costs.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Amazon and ebay system familiarities preferred,
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management related to warehouse operations.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems platforms.
- Skilled in shipping & receiving procedures, inventory control, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; relevant certification is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
