As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work alongside our chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent food quality. Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation and basic cooking duties
• Assisting with sushi, hot food, and BBQ preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Stock rotation and ingredient handling
• Dishwashing and general kitchen duties
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Supporting team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Experience with Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation is highly regarded
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
