We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of core products and workflows. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to turn complex problems into intuitive, elegant user experiences.As an early design hire, you'll have significant influence over product direction, design systems, and the overall user experience.
What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from research and ideation through launch
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and workflows
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into product decisions
• Establish and maintain design standards across products
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Help build and scale design processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing and shipping digital products in startup or high-growth environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable impact
• Proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for creating thoughtful, user-centric experiences

Location: 5x a week in office
