Credit Analyst – Xceda Finance | New ZealandJoin a licensed non-bank deposit taker and play a key role in assessing lending risk for mortgages and property finance. What You'll Do:Assess residential and investment mortgage applicationsAnalyse income, financial statements, assets, and liabilitiesReview credit history and borrower repayment behaviourEvaluate property security and loan-to-value (LVR) ratiosPrepare detailed credit assessment reports and recommendationsWork closely with lending managers and business development teamsIdentify and escalate high-risk applicationsSupport credit decisions in line with internal policies and RBNZ/NBDT regulationsEnsure compliance with AML and lending requirements What We're Looking For:Experience in banking, lending, finance, or credit analysisStrong understanding of mortgage lending and financial assessmentAbility to interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheets)Strong attention to detail and risk awarenessClear written communication and reporting skillsKnowledge of NZ lending policies is an advantage Why Join Xceda Finance?Work in a regulated, specialist lending environmentExposure to property and investment lendingStrong focus on risk, analytics, and decision-makingOpportunity to build a career in credit and finance Apply now and help shape smart, responsible lending decisions.Pay: From $8,000.00 per monthBenefits:
