Project Manager - Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee residential renovation, alteration, and extension projects.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Liaise with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Obtain and monitor permits, consents, and compliance requirements.Monitor construction progress and quality standards.Manage health and safety requirements on-site.Prepare project reports and communicate progress to clients.Resolve project issues, delays, and variations.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required SkillsExperience in residential construction or renovation.Strong project planning and scheduling abilities.Budget and cost-control experience.Knowledge of New Zealand building regulations and standards.Leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Pay: From $8,300.00 per monthBenefits:
