Title: Chef Occupation: Chef Salary : $ 76,515.00 - 85,000.00 (plus super) Employer: Amello Pty Ltd Location: St Kilda Victoria – Republica St Kilda Beach Hours: Full time Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: - preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies - planning menus and estimating food and labour costs - monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation - discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff - explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations - assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
