Role Overview: Join team Benison Technologies, an established IT company with a mission to revolutionize the silicon industry in India. As a key contributor, you will be involved in developing product strategies, software development for leading SaaS platforms, and closely working with data resiliency and protection. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product strategies and features - Software development for industries leading SaaS platform - Plan, design, and integrate client requirements - Own features independently and create test plans/strategies - Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest improvements - Design automation framework for feature tests - Participate in test cases, test plans, and code reviews - Resolve functional queries from various business units - Participate in bug tracking and quality assurance metrics - Hands-on experience with Python-Selenium or Cypress preferred - Familiarity with Test Management systems like XRay and bug tracker like JIRA Qualifications Required: - 3-10 years of relevant experience in QA Automation - Expertise in test automation, creating test plans, and strategies - Ability to analyze failures quickly and trace back to issues - Expertise in test automation for APIs and UI - Mentor junior team members in automation code and test cases - Strong communication skills and team player - Willingness to learn new technologies - Knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, manual and automation concepts, and testing methods is advantageous - Knowledge of Backup or Storage domain is a plus Additional Company Details: Benison Technologies offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including H1-B opportunities.
