- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering client queries effectively
- Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage the progression of sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the transaction process
- Assist with administrative tasks including preparing contracts, updating databases, and organising appointments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors, and other industry professionals
- Support marketing activities by promoting properties across various channels to maximise exposure
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Ability to negotiate confidently whilst maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
