- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute high-impact local marketing strategies to maximize store profit.

- Store Leadership: Oversee daily franchise operations, stock control, quality assurance, and team management.
- Staff Mentorship: Lead, roster, and inspire a high-performing customer service team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail management, food & beverage, or marketing management.
- Industry Flexibility: Experience may be from any combination of retail management, food & beverage, or marketing management industries.
- Track Record: Clear history of growing store sales and executing profitable marketing campaigns.
- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of third-party delivery algorithms, social media advertising, and local SEO.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level experience required in managing third-party delivery platforms and algorithms.
- Leadership: A hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor and thinks strategically in the office.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super (based on experience).
