Salary: $76,000 - $82,000 per annum (plus superannuation) Company Overview:
L A MODERN PTY LTD is a family-owned, local Melbourne business established 7 years ago. Our company specialises in high-quality residential, commercial and industrial painting services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking skilled and experienced Painting Trade Worker’s to join our dynamic team long term. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Painting Trades Worker or in a similar role.
• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. (preferred but not mandatory).
• Australian driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in the workplace.
• Able to communicate in english
• Physically fit and able to work in a harsh climate, performing manual work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of the different types of paints, equipment required, and techniques used to apply paint systems to various substrates.
• Ability to work at heights safely.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all painting and finishing work.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Work with other construction workers onsite such as Carpenters, Electricians & Plumbers
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual work, erect scaffolding, ladders safely
