Job description

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a workplace that actually feels organised, supportive and aligned with why you became an OT in the first place? At Therapy and Stuff OT Clinic, we are growing carefully and intentionally. We care just as much about how we work together as we do about the outcomes we create for children and families. Our Founder and Lead OT, Devi (https://au.linkedin.com/in/deviot), often talks about mutual fit. You bring your strengths, curiosity and professionalism. We offer strong systems, clear expectations, mentoring and a team that has your back. When both sides are aligned, everyone wins, both our team members and our clients. One of Devi’s favourite reminders to the team is:
“As an individual at times, we might feel stuck, but we would never be stuck as a team.” -->
This belief shapes how we support each other, problem-solve and grow together as a team. This role may suit you if you are looking for:
  • A values-driven paediatric OT clinic with structure and clarity,
  • Supportive leadership from an OT who understands the role deeply,
  • A team culture that prioritises collaboration, learning and sustainability,
  • A workplace where quality of care and therapist wellbeing both matter.

We are keen to hear directly from OTs who are exploring their next step.Useful links if you would like to learn more:
