What We Offer
- Competitive salary – A base salary of 75K to 120K + superannuation - negotiable based on experience.
- Clinical supervision & mentorship from a highly experienced Lead OT who is passionate about fostering great OTs.
- Clinic-based – Mostly in-clinic and minimal community-based work (Home, Kindy and/or School settings).
- Positive team culture – supportive, respectful and encourages growth.
- Admin Support – so you can focus on what matters most: your clients and your career growth.
- Paid PD allowance – once you complete your probation, you would be allotted an annual PD budget for your career growth and learning.
- Travel allowance for community visits when you use your personal vehicle.
What we’re looking for:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Valid Current Australian Driver’s license and own Vehicle.
- Current Vaccinations including COVID-19.
- Part-Time (a minimum of 4 days) or Full-time commitment.
- Enthusiastic, reflective and committed to learning.
- Confident communicator with a client- and family-centred approach.
- Comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Desirable: Paediatric work experience (not mandatory) or willingness to switch to Paediatrics.
