• 🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS standards
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
• 🎯 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, DATEV)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
