Job descriptionOur ideal candidate will be an experienced control system engineer over 5-10 years of automation and DeltaV programming expertise in BPCS and SIS configuration and testing activities. DeltaV library development, DeltaV database development, Control Narrative configuration and SIS configuration. Strong experience in working on various DCS engineering projects, client interfacing and proposing reliable automation solutions for the process. ResponsibilitiesSupport Run and maintain activities:Preventative maintenance of DCS (DeltaV)Trending and troubleshooting the DCS logic to identify the disturbance in Process ControlSupport production/Console operators with their DCS needsSupport DCS configuration/modification as per management of change requirement.Modify DCS module and graphics library to fit new requirements. - A graduate of a recognized Degree in Instrumentation/Chemical/Process Controls.
- Basic understanding of Control System components
- Basic knowledge of communication networks
- The following experience is required:
- DeltaV certification
- DeltaV database/Logic configuration
- DeltaVgraphics/HMI configuration
- DeltaV Equipment module and Sequence configuration.
- Configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Cause and Effect, Shutdown key logic for SIS.
