This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great communication skills who wants a stable marketing position that balances creative tasks with general administrative support.In this role, you will help promote our workspace, offices, and services to potential clients. You will manage our local promotional materials, handle our basic digital presence, and assist with community events inside the center. If you are creative, comfortable talking to people, and enjoy organizing everyday marketing tasks, this role is a great fit. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support: Help coordinate and distribute local marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional updates for the business center.Digital Presence: Update our website content, monitor local business listings, and post routine updates on our social media channels.Inquiries & Tours: Respond to basic inbound marketing inquiries from prospective clients and assist with setting up site tours or informational meetings.Event Coordination: Help plan and set up internal networking events, workshops, or community gatherings for our business center members.Collateral Inventory: Track and organize printed marketing materials, signage, and branded merchandise to ensure the center is always fully stocked. Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Some prior experience in marketing, retail sales, customer service, or office administration is highly preferred.Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic computer software, navigating standard social media platforms, and handling everyday email communication (experience with basic design tools like Canva or simple email tools is a plus, but we will train you on our systems).Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a friendly and professional manner when interacting with clients and visitors.Organization: Great attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to keep marketing tasks tracking on schedule.Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and happy to assist members and teammates with a variety of daily tasks.Pay: From $4,950.00 per monthBenefits:
