Job Title: AEM Developer Location: Boston, MA - Need Only Locals Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) Duration: 6–10 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: $60–65/hr on W2 Visa: H1b, USC Job Description: We are looking for a mid-to-senior level AEM Developer with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise in AEM along with basic frontend knowledge. Candidates local to Boston are preferred. Required Skills: Strong experience with AEM Development Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate Apache Sling Framework OSGi Framework JCR / Apache Jackrabbit Oak RESTful APIs HTL (Sightly) AEM Components, Templates, Workflows Dispatcher Configuration AEM Upgrades & Maintenance Git, Maven/Gradle Jenkins or Azure DevOps CI/CD HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frontend support) Preferred Skills: Adobe Experience Cloud Financial Services domain experience Adobe Analytics / Adobe Target / Adobe Campaign Solr or Elasticsearch Personalization & Targeting Soft Skills: Strong communication skills Team-oriented and deadline-driven Good analytical and collaboration skills
