Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and analysing market trends to optimise our outreach.   • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on B2B marketing channels.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management.
  • Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manage digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster long-term relationships.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrable project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (especially analysis skills), PowerPoint, and IT systems relevant to marketing activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team management and motivating staff towards shared objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
