About the roleExciting opportunity for you to join the dynamic team at ARCH. We are hiring candidates in our Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne studios. We will also consider candidates for our projects in Perth, Canberra, Cairns and Darwin.In this full-time role as an Architect, you will play a key design role in delivering innovative architectural projects that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will contribute to the design and delivery of high quality buildings across a range of sectors, collaborating with a talented interdisciplinary team that works nationally across Australia, with current international projects being delivered in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Solomon Islands and Asia-Pacific region.This is a role in which you will be able to use your skills and knowledge in design, project leadership, engagement with clients and stakeholders, conceptual presentation and planning, design development and detailed documentation.Candidates must hold valid Australian work authorisation or be eligible for work visa sponsorship.About usARCH was previously known as Suters Architects, delivering projects in all States and Territories for over 67 years. Desirable Attributes
- Experience in working in an architecture practice and in project delivery
- Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) at a recognisable Tertiary institution
- Registered Architect status is highly regarded, with minimum 5 years experience delivering significant scale or complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of proven time management skills in delivering projects on time, design thinking and architectural resolution
- Strong technical skills in architectural design, including the use of Revit and other software
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
- Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric architectural solutions
