INDUSTRY OVERVIEWThe Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.
ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to build inbound marketing at Arches across China, Korea, Japan, and the USA . As the first dedicated inbound leader for the region, you will drive strategy, execution, and team management to strengthen how corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation teams discover and engage with Arches.
RESPONSIBILITIESInbound Strategy & Growth

• Lead and execute Arches’ inbound marketing strategy across China, Korea, Japan, and later the US market.
• Build scalable acquisition channels through SEO, webinars, newsletters, and LinkedIn content.
• Drive brand visibility and engagement among corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation teams.

Content & Brand Development

• Audit existing content and define editorial direction across multiple markets and languages.
• Build and manage a high-quality content engine tailored to B2B decision makers.
• Activate the LinkedIn company page and support senior leaders in developing personal branding content.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead the APAC marketing function, including internal contributors, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Partner closely with sales teams on enablement materials, deal-stage content, and market feedback.
• Manage the marketing budget, tools ecosystem, and performance tracking across campaigns and channels.

Operational Excellence

• Own and optimize the marketing stack, including CMS, SEO tools, email platforms, analytics, and attribution systems.
• Track campaign and SEO performance, continuously refining strategies based on data and market insights.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Experience

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, research, SaaS, or professional services.
• Strong inbound marketing experience across SEO, content, webinars, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Proven ability to lead and execute regional marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across APAC markets, especially China, Korea, or Japan.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or regional teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

WORKING HOURS: 8:30 AM - 05:30 PM (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8)
