What You'll DoPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate supplier quotes.Manage procurement and subcontractor contracts.Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow tracking.Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering.Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. What We're Looking For:Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience in commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.Proficiency in estimating and cost management software.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
