Work Location: In personAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Cook who is confident working across all sections of a busy Mediterranean kitchen. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining food quality, kitchen efficiency, and consistency in service standards.This is a genuine full-time position offering stable long-term employment with a structured weekly roster.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Cook will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean dishes in accordance with established recipes and restaurant standards.
• Assisting in menu preparation and daily food production.
• Working across different kitchen sections including preparation, mains, grill, and larder.
• Ensuring all meals are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Monitoring food quality, portion control, and stock rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with stock control and ordering when required.
• Supporting the head chef and kitchen team during busy service periods.

Employment Conditions

• Guaranteed full-time employment.
• Average minimum of 38 ordinary hours per week
• Annual Salary: AUD $76,515 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
• The salary offered complies with Australian workplace laws and applicable market salary requirements.
