- To Engage customers and collect quick feedback on the menu and prices
- To identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies
- To analyze sales data and suggest simple marketing and promotion ideas.
- To Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships.
- To Recruit and train junior sales/team members for food service roles.
- To Monitor competitor menus and new food trends to keep offerings fresh.
