Director, AI Infrastructure Operations-Bilingual Mandarin English

About the RoleClassover Holdings (Nasdaq: KIDZ) is building a portfolio of GPU infrastructure joint ventures, with its first venture, Ousia Compute LLC, already underway. We are looking for a Director of AI Infrastructure Operations to drive the operational execution and commercial development of these ventures.
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure operations, partner management, and enterprise business development. You will work directly with the CEO and CFO to manage existing ventures and support the sourcing and structuring of new ones.
What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of Ousia Compute and subsequent GPU infrastructure joint ventures
• Coordinate with infrastructure partners including bare-metal GPU providers and data center operators on deployment timelines, hardware procurement, and performance standards
• Support enterprise customer onboarding, account management, and long-term GPU capacity commitments
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective enterprise customers across AI training, inference, robotics, and enterprise AI workloads
• Assist in evaluating and onboarding new infrastructure partners for future joint venture structures
• Track operational KPIs across ventures and report directly to CEO and CFO
• Support negotiation of offtake agreements, SLAs, and vendor contracts

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, or AI infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with GPU compute, bare-metal infrastructure, or AI cloud platforms
• Strong commercial instincts — comfortable managing both operational execution and customer-facing relationships
• Experience at a neocloud, hyperscaler, colocation provider, or AI infrastructure company preferred
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills — able to represent the company with external partners and enterprise customers

Nice to Have

• Experience at CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, Crusoe, Voltage Park, Equinix, or similar
• Familiarity with SPV structures or infrastructure joint ventures
• Existing relationships with GPU suppliers, data center operators, or enterprise AI buyers
• Mandarin proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from $100,000/year, based on experience
