Role: Oracle Technical Consultant- HCM Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Visa type: H1B Interview mode: Virtual Key Responsibilities 10 15+ years of Oracle technical consulting experience, 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical expertise, Strong hands-on experience in OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle PaaS technologies Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation & Support Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on organizational requirements. Prepare functional design documents and process workflows. Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Core HR Management Configure and support: o Core HR o Workforce Structures o Enterprise Structures o Workforce Lifecycle Management o Position Management o Employment Profiles Manage employee data governance and organizational hierarchies. Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring activities. Talent Management Configure and support: o Career Development o Talent Reviews o Succession Planning o Goal Management o Performance Management Help create talent retention and workforce development strategies. Support competency and skill management processes. Recruitment & Onboarding Implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Support candidate lifecycle management. Configure onboarding and offboarding processes. Improve hiring efficiency for field and project-based workforce requirements. Workforce Management Configure workforce scheduling and labor management processes. Support resource allocation for large EPC projects. Manage workforce compliance requirements. Monitor labor availability and utilization across multiple projects and locations. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards. Support audit and regulatory requirements. Maintain employee data confidentiality and security. Training & Change Management Conduct user training sessions. Prepare training materials and user guides. Support change management initiatives during HCM transformations. Provide ongoing application support to business users.
