- Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality visual and audio output.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual narratives.
- Incorporate graphics, colour grading, sound effects, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar programmes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistency in style and tone.
- Organise and archive video assets systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, colour correction, and visual storytelling techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro or other professional editing software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of photography principles to enhance video quality and composition.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Creative flair combined with attention to detail to produce visually engaging content.
