- Deliver teaching sessions and spiritual guidance to individuals and groups across diverse settings
- Lead community outreach initiatives, including organising events and programmes
- Mentor and support individuals, including working with children and vulnerable groups
- Provide compassionate care and support in hospice or similar care environments when required
- Assist in fundraising activities to support organisational projects and community services
- Collaborate with team members to plan and implement mission strategies effectively
- Engage in ongoing personal development through training sessions and workshops
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or mentoring roles, preferably within community or faith-based organisations
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Experience working with children or vulnerable populations is highly desirable
- Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to serve others in need of support or care
- Ability to organise events, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team
- Fundraising experience is advantageous, demonstrating initiative and organisational skills
