Supermarket Manager

Store Manager – Supermarket RetailFoodWorks Coombabah is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our supermarket operations and team.About the Role:

• Manage daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 20 staff
• Drive customer service, store presentation and operational standards
• Manage rostering, stock control, merchandising and staff performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years supermarket or convenience store management/supervisor experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Must be flexible with availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Must provide 3 work references
