Director of Rehabilitation

Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA) Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. What You'll Do

• Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

What You’ll Need

• Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($50.00 to $60.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry. Some of our excellent benefits for full-time employees include:
