We are seeking compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide essential care services to individuals in home care.The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, oral care.
- Support client with mobility requirements Within their homes
- Communicate effectively with clients families, and healthcare professionals
- prompting/administrating medication
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.-supporting im the comminity with activitie.- completing shopping requirements within clients required needs.-Requirements:
- Previous experience in dommicilary care or home care setting is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic IT skills for documenting care activities
- Valid driver's license & access to own vehicke required- located in cardiff or local areas
