Role: Now we’re looking for a high-performing seller to join the team early and help build the sales engine from the ground up.
You’ll be one of the first on the team. You will:
  • Owning the full sales cycle end to end
  • Hunting and closing net-new logos across life sciences
  • Collaborating directly with product, engineering, and founders
  • Helping shape the sales motion — not just following one
  • Being in-office in NYC 5 days/week (+ optional Sundays)


This is for someone who wants to sell and build. You are:
  • An IC with 4–8 years of experience selling SaaS or data platforms
  • Ideally have sold into life sciences, pharma, biotech, or digital health
  • Energized by early-stage environments
  • Competitive, curious, and deeply accountable
  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

Competitive NYC Compensation:
This role offers a highly competitive NYC salary in the $160,000–$200,000 range + OTE of 280k+ calibrated to reflect experience, seniority, and the level of ownership you’ll take on as part of the early team. We benchmark against top-tier startups and established tech companies to ensure our compensation is both fair and compelling.
