About CrowdBox We're a B2B sales agency that runs outbound campaigns for some of the world's leading IT and SaaS vendors, including names you'll recognise. We're growing fast and building out our SDR team. This is a genuine opportunity to get into enterprise tech sales without needing a CV that already looks the part. About the RoleWe are hiring Sales Development Representatives to handle cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for global IT and SaaS vendors.You are not closing deals. You are opening conversations. Your job is to call IT and business decision-makers across Australia, uncover challenges, and book qualified meetings for senior sales teams What This Role Involves
  • 100+ outbound dials per day
  • Speaking with IT Managers, Operations leaders, and C-suite
  • Qualifying prospects against a defined framework
  • Booking meetings and managing outcomes in Salesforce

  • Campaign training, tools, scripts, and first live calls in Week 1
  • Daily coaching and feedback
  • Training on real campaigns (IT, SaaS, enterprise solutions)

Compensation
  • Base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • OTE $90,000–$110,000 in your first year based on performance
  • Fully remote, work from home Monday to Friday
  • No weekends, no late evenings

Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months cold calling experience
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
  • Available full-time (Mon–Fri)

Nice to Have
  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or B2B sales
  • Appointment setting or lead generation experience
