The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading Bible study sessions, ensuring an engaging and enriching experience for all participants. - Plan and organise weekly Bible study sessions, including selecting appropriate materials and themes.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with participants to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Lead or facilitate Bible study discussions, encouraging participation and reflection.
- Support new members in integrating into the programme and provide guidance on study materials.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align study themes with organisational goals and events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and feedback to improve programme delivery.
- Assist in organising related activities such as prayer meetings or community outreach events.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with organisational policies and values.
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or facilitating group discussions, preferably within a faith-based setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple sessions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and engaging diverse groups of people.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, fostering an inclusive environment for learning.
- Passionate about spiritual growth and community service, with a respectful attitude towards differing viewpoints.
