LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (POST-CLERKSHIP) Location: Silicon Valley, CA (Hybrid)
About the Role: This role is specifically designed for recent federal judicial clerks. The Associate will work on complex commercial and technology-related litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from clerkship into private practice. Requirements:

• Current or recent completion of federal judicial clerkship (District Court, Circuit Court, or federal magistrate)
• 1-3 years of litigation experience post-clerkship
• Admitted to California Bar or eligible to sit for exam
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Demonstrated interest in complex litigation
