Draftsperson

Role Overview
We are seeking a Site CAD Drafter to deliver accurate, on-site drafting for kitchen and bathroom stone and porcelain installations. This role blends technical precision with problem-solving to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes. Key Tasks

• Capture precise site measurements using laser tools and translate them into CAD drawings.
• Review and interpret design documents to confirm fit and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to support smooth workflows.
• Apply lean practices to improve efficiency and minimise errors.
• Maintain strong safety and quality standards at all times.
• Suggest practical improvements based on site observations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (minimum).
• CAD drafting experience (stone/joinery background highly regarded).
• Construction Induction Card and valid driver’s licence.
• Detail-focused, analytical, and adaptable with solid math skills.
• Proficient with CAD software, digital tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: $62,265.69 – $112,537.67 per yearBenefits:
