Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process analysis, and delivering enterprise-level technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
• Work closely with QA teams during test planning, UAT, and production validation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Knowledge of API integrations and system interfaces.
• Experience conducting UAT and supporting production releases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Familiarity with data mapping and ETL processes.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects.

Education

• Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
