ROLE: Account Director – AI SaaS
- Drive growth across enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Position AI and SaaS solutions that solve real business challenges
- Partner internally with solution specialists and account teams
- Identify expansion, cross-sell and strategic growth opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
Ideal Background
- Experience selling SaaS, AI or enterprise technology solutions
- Strong commercial sales capability and strategic deal management
- Comfortable engaging senior business stakeholders and executives
- Experience selling into CIOs, CISOs, IT Risk or Security teams is highly regarded
- Backgrounds in GRC, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance or Enterprise Software are a strong advantage, but not essential

Compensation Package
- SGD $170K–$180K Base + OTE $300K–$320K
- Hybrid working – 50% WFH
