Senior Lawyer - PQE

Position: Senior Lawyer - 4 years PQE
Location: Greater London

Senior Lawyer We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer with at least four years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in general commercial and corporate law to join our UK team.Key Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in general commercial and corporate law, preferably from a leading private practice or in‑house environment in England or Wales.
• Experience in a common‑law jurisdiction such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada is welcomed.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of most matters.
• Specialisation in Technology & IP, Privacy / GDPR, or Employment law is a plus.

• Personable and experienced in working directly with clients.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of building client relationships.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable operating our technology platforms.
• Previous leadership or training experience is desirable.
• Independent, efficient and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and corporate law matters from initiation through to completion.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with a distributed team and drive process improvement.

Compensation£55,000 – £60,000 per year (London).Work Rights & SponsorshipIdeal candidates will have valid working rights in the UK.
