🚨 Hiring: Account Executive (Legal Tech / AI)📍 London, UK (5 days onsite)💰 £42K–£54K Base | £70K–£90K OTE + Equity🛂 Visa Sponsorship Available
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with 2–5 years of B2B closing experience to join a fast-growing AI-native business transforming the legal industry.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to become one of the first sales hires, working directly with leadership to build and scale the GTM motion from the ground up.
What you’ll do:• Own warm inbound opportunities end-to-end through a 2–3 month sales cycle• Sell into private equity firms, financial institutions, and enterprise legal teams• Build long-term customer relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities• Help shape the sales playbook, messaging, pricing, and discovery process• Work closely with founders and product teams to refine market positioning
What we’re looking for:• 2+ years of experience closing B2B deals• Strong enterprise sales fundamentals in startup environments• Legal tech, SaaS, or adjacent industry experience preferred• High ownership mindset with strong communication skills• Someone excited by early-stage growth, autonomy, and building from zero
