- Experience managing major and complex loss claims
- Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in major and complex loss adjusting
- ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Valid driver's licence
