We are partnering with a leading UK-headquartered international law firm, consistently ranked among the top-tier practices for Energy, Infrastructure & Projects. With a strong ASEAN presence and growing practice, the firm is looking to add a Projects Associate to its team in Singapore.
About the role: Advising on the development, structuring and financing of complex infrastructure and energy projects across multiple jurisdictions. Strong technical grounding in project documentation is essential.
What the work involves: Drafting and negotiating the full suite of project finance documents, including construction and O&M arrangements under internationally recognised standard forms (FIDIC literacy expected).
Sectors Coverage: Power and renewables, oil & gas, utilities and broader infrastructure.
Contract types you'll work across:
Due diligence Producing focused reports that surface the issues that actually matter to the transaction.
Key Requirements:You will have 5–8 years of post-qualification experience and be qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or an equivalent common law jurisdiction.
