Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three well-established Queenstown restaurants, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group. We require multiple full-time permanent Commis Chefs who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Minimum of 1-year experience in a commercial kitchen. $28.00 to $29.66 per hour, depending on experience Rostered day and evening shifts Monday to Sunday Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards. Monitoring portion and waste control, correctly label, store and rotate food items. Prep and order lists, receive and put away deliveries.
