CarExpert is an Australian automotive media and car-buying platform that provides independent car reviews, comparisons, news, and a guided car-buying service to help consumers research and purchase new vehicles with confidence.The New Car Sales Specialist role at CarExpert is a full-time, Brisbane-based sales and customer service position focused on helping customers buy new cars through CarExpert’s dealer network. Main job responsibilitiesAccording to the listing, the role includes:Handling inbound customer enquiries about new carsCalling warm leads and qualifying buyersNegotiating pricing and availability with dealershipsMatching customers with suitable vehicles and finance optionsManaging CRM records, SMS, and email communicationsStaying updated on car market trends and promotionsDelivering a smooth customer buying experienceWorking in a fast-paced phone-based sales environment Skills Requirement:Preferred qualifications and skills include:Strong communication and sales abilityCustomer service or telesales experienceAbility to manage multiple leadsCRM/software familiarityAutomotive knowledge is helpful but not mandatoryTeam-oriented and target-driven mindsetPay: From $5,300.00 per monthBenefits:
