Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrivalManage reservations, bookings, and waitlists efficientlyEscort guests to tables or designated venue areasCoordinate seating arrangements with restaurant managers and service staffAnswer phone calls and respond to customer enquiriesProvide information about menus, services, and venue offeringsMonitor guest flow and assist with crowd management during busy periodsHandle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when requiredMaintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception areaAssist with special events, functions, and VIP guest experiencesAs the first point of contact, Hosts and Hostesses play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
