- You will provide advice, guidance and assessment to learners throughout their learning journey
- Deliver personalised support to help learners overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes
- Signpost and refer learners to appropriate services, including health, housing, employment and support services
- Work closely with tutors, curriculum leaders and partners to support learner progression
- Support learners from refugee, migrant and asylum-seeking backgrounds, promoting confidence and independence
- Build effective partnerships with community, voluntary and statutory organisations
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and service improvement
- Demonstrate strong safeguarding awareness and trauma‑informed practice
- Participate in CPD and contribute to the development of an inclusive, high‑quality service
Qualifications
- Level 2 (or above) qualifications in English and Maths
- Experience working with learners facing barriers to learning
- Experience supporting refugee, migrant or vulnerable communities
- Ability to signpost and refer learners to appropriate external services effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and digital skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Flexibility, proactive attitude and commitment to supporting inclusive communities
