You will also help clients access the community, whether that is a trip to the local shops in Salisbury or a refreshing visit to the New Forest for some fresh air and scenery. Where We Work We provide essential support across Wiltshire and Hampshire, specifically covering:

• Marlborough & Pewsey
• Amesbury & Salisbury
• Romsey

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves, helping them maintain their confidence and dignity.
• Essential Companionship: Building meaningful relationships with clients to reduce isolation and provide emotional support.
• Medication Support: Safely assisting with or administering medication in line with care plans and safety regulations (full training provided).
• Community Access: Helping clients stay active in their local area, from social outings to appointments or trips to the New Forest.
• Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines like dressing, showering, and meal preparation with kindness and respect.
• Digital Logging: Using One Plan software to record daily notes and medication (training provided).

Requirements

• Driver: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
• Qualities: You should be naturally caring, reliable, patient, and flexible.
• Compliance: Successful candidates will require an Enhanced DBS check (unless registered with the Update Service).
• Experience: While experience is a bonus, we provide full training for the right person.
