Key Responsibilities:▪️ Supervise, coordinate, and support daily food service operations▪️ Lead front-line staff and ensure efficient team performance during shifts▪️ Train, mentor, and onboard new employees in company procedures and service standards▪️ Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and customer satisfaction▪️ Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations▪️ Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and stock control▪️ Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards▪️ Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment▪️ Support management in achieving operational and performance targets
Candidate Requirements:✔️ Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality supervision✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills✔️ Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure✔️ Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities✔️ Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards✔️ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
