- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards of performance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimised
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Coordinate B2B marketing campaigns to strengthen relationships with partners and clients
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, IT developments, and competitive landscape
- Organise events, presentations, and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility
Skills
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
