Caregiver (Radius Care)

Caregiver – Radius Care About the RoleRadius Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide person-centred care to residents in its aged care facilities. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help enhance residents' comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.Follow individual care plans and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.Record care provided and report changes in residents' condition or any concerns.Provide companionship and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider care team.Maintain a safe, clean environment while following infection control and health and safety procedures. QualificationsNew Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 2–4) or an equivalent qualification is desirable.Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or healthcare is preferred.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care tasks.
