- An Investment Operations Analyst is responsible for:
- Processing and monitoring investment trades (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives).
- Reconciling cash, securities, and portfolio positions.
- Managing trade settlement with brokers and custodians.
- Monitoring corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, mergers, and rights issues.
- Investigating and resolving trade or settlement discrepancies.
- Preparing operational, regulatory, and client reports.
- Maintaining investment and market data.
- Supporting fund managers, portfolio managers, and compliance teams.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and controls.
