- Education: Fully registered and recognised medical degree acquired in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, or a European nation.

- Medical Specialty: A proven track record in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine is mandatory.
