Dental Technician

Dental Technician / Ceramist – Sponsorship Available (Subclass 482)We are a growing and modern dental laboratory located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, specialising in high-end aesthetic and implant restorations. We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician / Ceramist to join our team on a full-time basis. Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Fabricating high-quality ceramic and aesthetic dental restorations
• Producing implant restorations including All-on-4 prosthetics
• Performing full ceramic workflows (wax-ups, porcelain pressing, staining, glazing, finishing)
• Working on complex aesthetic and implant-based cases
• Collaborating with clinicians and technicians to achieve precise outcomes
• Maintaining strict quality control and attention to detail
• Working with modern materials, techniques, and (where applicable) digital workflows

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience as a Dental Technician / Ceramist
• Strong knowledge of ceramic and implant restorations
• High-level artistic ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and professional work ethic
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Employment Conditions

• Full-time permanent role
• Salary: AUD $77,000 – $95,000 + superannuation (based on experience)
• Standard full-time hours with flexibility available
• Based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
